1. Organisation applying for the licence

The licence can only be issued to an organisation or legal entity, not an individual.

2. Authorised officer

A legally authorised representative who can sign the licence agreement on behalf of the organisation. Use an official institutional email address.

Personal email addresses are not suitable.

3. Chief Investigator or Supervisor of student

Non-institutional email addresses are not acceptable. Personal addresses such as Gmail, Yahoo or Hotmail may cause the application to be rejected.

Include organisation, position, full name and official email for each investigator.
